In the third quarter of 2025, the interactive story games category in the Netherlands saw varied performances across the top five applications. According to Sensor Tower data, each app experienced unique trends in downloads, revenue, and active users.

Love and Deepspace by INFOLD PTE. LTD. showed a fluctuating revenue trend. Starting at approximately $41.6K at the end of June, it dipped to $9.4K by early August, before climbing back to $27.9K towards the end of September. Weekly downloads decreased steadily from 935 in mid-July to 264 by the end of September, while active users hovered around 6.6K at the start of the quarter, decreasing to about 4.4K by the end.

Love Island: The Game from Fusebox Games began the quarter with revenue at $13.2K, declining to $1.8K by the end. Downloads followed a similar downward trend, starting at 4.3K and dropping to 368. Active users decreased from 15.5K to about 10K over the same period.

Chapters: Interactive Stories by Crazy Maple Studio, Inc. saw revenue peak at $6.2K in early August, with a slight decline to $3.3K by the end of September. Downloads remained relatively stable, peaking at 707 in mid-July, then gradually decreasing to 346. Active users rose mid-quarter, reaching 1.4K, before settling around 1.1K.

MeChat - Interactive Stories from PlayMe Studio showed consistent revenue growth, peaking at $3.4K in late August. Downloads fluctuated, starting at 680 and ending at 614. Active users increased slightly from 2.3K to about 2.4K over the quarter.

Finally, Episode - Choose Your Story by Episode Interactive experienced a peak revenue of $4.9K in mid-July, with a steady decline to $2K by the end of September. Downloads started at 829, dropping to 294, while active users decreased from 4.7K to 1.9K.
